History

Yusuf TEKİN has fullfilled Bachelor of Science Degree in 1984 and Master of Science Degree in 1987 at Mechanical Engineering Department of Middle East Technical University (METU). He has experienced in defence, automotive and metal industry for 15 years.

He has established CEMATEK in year 2005 in order to render his former experience for design and production in metalworking machinery.

The first NC hydraulic press brake in year 2005, Hydraulic Presses in 2006 and tailored machine in 2007 were produced.

Angle bead machine for corner bead, angle bead, depth gauge profiles was produced in year 2007.

Then lines for angle beads in different modl and mesh sizes, plaster stops, architrave beads were produced. Cematek started to design and production of perforation line for  suspended ceiling tiles in year 2007.

The first rollforming line integrated with punching up to 3.0mm thickness was porduced for electric cable management system in year 2018.

Production line for gypsumboard profiles UD, CD, UW, CW, Stud, Track, Omega  was designed and produced in year 2009.

1st CNC hydraulic press brake as well as shears were produced in year 2013. Cematek has specialized espacially smal press barkes at various capacity and sizes.

Recent years CEMATEK has focused angle bead line, line for gypsumboard profiles, rollforming machine and tailored machinery for international markets.

On the other hand, machinery and equipment for petroleum industry such as petroleum pumps, wireline units, mud stirrer, drivehead for small capacity petroleum pump were produced TPIC (Turkish Petroleum Industry Corp).    

Cematek exports products with CE certified and at international standards to 30 countries; dollarpe, Amirates, Saudi Arabia, South America, Russia.
