The Wireline Machine is equipped with chassis made from welded steel structure of square and profile.

Chassis and Cabin

• The Wire Wrapping Machine is equipped with on-chassis forklift pads for lifting and handling operations mounted on the frame. Chassis width is 150 cm, chassis size is 360 cm, height is 220 cm and it is suitable for land transportation. The cabin consists of two parts as operator and motor drum part. The walls of the cabin operator section are made of insulated material against outside weather conditions. Cabin heating and cooling Domestic Fresjet 1700 is supplied with A / C on the roof.

Drum

• The drum is manufactured from ASTM Grade 1018 equivalent carbon steel. The drum is supported by a 50mm diameter shaft with both end bearings. There is a crank arm on one side of the drum to enable manual lifting and lowering operations when necessary.

Manual Wire Winding Apparatus

• There is a mechanism that allows the wrapped wire to be wound properly on the drum and to be manually moved.

Wire

• A single piece high-alloy austenitic stainless steel wire with resistance to CO2 and H2S gases equivalent to the GD22 series of 0.108 in (2.74 mm) diameter and 16.000 ft (4877 m) length is used for the wire winding machine.

Control Panel

• Steering the wire section is controlled by the operator on the drum. There is a digital and mechanical indicator that shows how many meters the wire end is in the well, and there is also a digital weight indicator

Brake

• In order to control and descend in a controlled way, the Wire Winding Machine has a manual mechanical disc brakes which can be easily handled.

Drive

• The drum is driven by chain sprockets. The chain is 5/8 '' defective, the chain sprocket mechanism is strainable and there is chain guard on the sprocket.

Power

• Wire Wrapping Machine is driven by 20HP 380 Volt 3 phase 50Hz electric motor. The electric motor used in the Wire Winding Machine, the starter box and the cable explosion proof between the starter box and the electric motor. Explosion proof material zone definition is Class I, Group D Division 1. The wire winding machine has safe ex-proof limit switches. All ex-proof materials are UL / CSA equivalent certified.

Transmission

• The transmission has 3 forward 1 reverse gears.

Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system is open circuit, the maximum working pressure of the system is 206 bar and the system flow is 53 liters. Hydraulic system:

• Pressure relief valve - flow control valve - 3-way speed regulating valve - Check valve

• Control - Hydraulic pressure gauge - Filters and strainers - Consists of hoses and fittings.

Color

• The unit is painted with a polyester acrylic polyurethane topcoat (RL 6001) that is epoxy primer + epoxy sealant + corrosion and UV light resistant polyester acrylic paint.
