Wireline Unit with electric motor

 

GENERAL FEATURES

The Wireline Machine is equipped with chassis made from welded steel structure of square and profile.

TECHNICAL FEATURES

Drum

• The drum is manufactured from ASTM Grade 1018 equivalent carbon steel. The drum is supported by a 50mm diameter shaft with both end bearings. There is a crank arm on one side of the drum to enable manual lifting and lowering operations when necessary.

Wire

• Wire is made from carbon steel, 0.108 in (2.74mm) diameter, 20.000 ft ( 6.100 meter) long ,single piece. Wire conforms to API 9A norms.
• Metric measuring wire for 0.108 in. (2.74mm)
• The wire is winded by Double rack arm mechanism manually.

Brake

• The Wireline Machine is equipped with brake disc that can be easily handled to control and descend in a controlled manner manually.

Drive

• The drum is driven by chain sprockets. The chain is with 5/8 " pitch. The sprocket-chain has tension mechanism and chain guard for operator safety.

Power Supply

• Wireline Machine is driven by 15 HP 380 Volt, 3 phase 50Hz electric motor.

Transmission

• The transmission ( gear reducer ) has 3 forward 1 reverse speed.
