Production Line - Architrave & Plaster Stop

GENERAL FEATURES

  • Angle beads /Corner beads are used on the corner of walls. Angle beads inside the plaster on corners enable rigidity, straightness and long lifetime for Wall corners.
  • PLASTER STOP BEADS are used for the finishing and reinforcing of plaster edges. They provide a true straight line and protect the plaster layer.
  • ARCHITRAVE BEADS gives a channel gap between different wall finish and ceiling, door, panel, window details.
  • CONTROL JOINT BEADS are designed to deal with normal initial stucco shrinkage during the hydrating and curing stage of the Portland cement stucco coats.
  • The profiles produced by Cematek production lines are standard and high quality conforming to  performance values specified on international standards EN 13658-1 and EN13658-2

  • ROLLFORM machıne: Standard (conventional) Mill -12 stations
  • Shafts made from Nickel steel and supported from both ends.

  • Manual Roller change from operator side –setup time 20 minutes

  • Work-out table: Pneumatic drive, steel welded and painted structure.
  • AUTOMATION: A Unique design providing Synchronize operation of the line –MITSUBISHI PLC, SERVOMOTOR &CONTROLLER

  • SET-UP FOR PROFILE MODEL: Punching die (expanded mesh/perforated hole) is fastened to Eccentric press. The forming roller set and straightening tool are installed to the stations on roll forming machine .Length cutting die is assembled to cutting unit.
  • SET-UP TIME: From 30 minutes-60 minutes
