GENERAL FEATURES

  • Cable lugs are devices used for connecting cables to electrical appliances, other cables, surfaces, or mechanisms. One end of a cable lug is typically used for connecting a cable, which could be soldered, welded, or crimped depending on the type. A cable lug is sometimes called a "cable connector
  • The connection end of the lug is then fastened to a matching terminal or connection point by means of a bolt, screw, or spring clip.
  • Cable lug range of cross section is from 6 mm² up to 1000 mm², bolt sizes range from 5 mm up to 20 mm.
  • Electrolytic copper according to EN 13600 is mandatory. For corrosion protection, compression cable lugs – standard tubular cable lugs and terminals – are tin plated.
  • The production line designed and produced by CEMATEK outputs rigid, standard and high quality profiles conforming to dollarpean –International standards.

MACHINERY ON THE LINE

  • Production flow: Feeding the copper tubes-Length Cutting –Forming-Peripheral cutting and Punching Hole-Work-out.
  • Tube feeding system :It feeds the copper/aluminum tubes for the conductor size from 16 mm2 to 300 mm2. Motorized gear box 009kW chain drive system. Overall length 2510mm x width 575mm x height1075mm.
  • Length Cutting: It has two adjustable vices with pneumatic drive system. Circular saw at 180mm outside diameter, 3000 rpm, and 1,5kW has pneumatic drive mechanism. The cutting length is adjustable.
  • ROTARY TABLE: It has 4 stations and 600 mm outside diameter. Drive mechanism is motorized gear system.
  • Workpiece Holding: After length cutting I.STATION workpiece holder (pneumatic gripper)
  • Forming: Station - II. forming by hydraulic press at 60 t.
  • Punching and edge cutting - III. StationPunching of hole for bolt assembly and edge cutting by hydraulic with hydraulic press at 60 t capacity.
  • Unloading unit –IV. Station: Pneumatic Unloading Unit with one vertical & one horizontal pneumatic piston for finished product.
  • The overall dimension: length 5.000mm x width 2.000 mm x height 1.800mm
  • The loading of copper/aluminum tube to the prior feeding unit is manual. Then the handling from prior tube feeding unit to unloading unit is all automatic.
