Industrial Engineering /Çankaya University- A group of 4th year student from Industrial Engineering Department-Çankaya University has fullfilled the mandatory completion project study. They have studied  with our team on product prescription ,inventory control ,job orders. 

Summer Practice-Cematek enables opportunity to domestic and foreign  students who study 2nd and 3rd years at university .We accepted total 4  students  ;one of them from Tunusia ,three of them from Turkey.

PRODUCTION LINE from CEMATEK  to CHINA

Two set of production line has designed and produced for customer from CHINA.Each line outputs corner bead and drywall profile with electrostatic powder paint .

The line is equipped with two cassette (quick-change) system in order to minimize the setup time from one model of profile to another.

The two lines which are the first export to CHINA is meaningful for CEMATEK.

Motorized Rotary Punching Unit

The motorized Rotary punching unit was developed for corner bead from galvanize steel with 0.30mm thickness and with ellipse holes 0.30 mm. The Motorized unit is integrated into roll forming machine. The rotary unit has high speed whereas maintenance cost is high. The punch and die are made from cold work tool steel. We plan to develop Rotary punching unit for higher material thickness and higher production speed.

Labelling to Corner Bead 

Specifying Corner beads in production , distribution and marketing stages is needed . Therefore ,integration of paper label machine and corner bead production line has accomplished .The paper label with max size 40mmx20mm is sticked to corner bead continiously.
